Automatic 6 Meters Tube Cutting

Fully automatic loading and unloading structure is controlled by CNC system, achieving seamless connection with the pipe cutting machine. Whole bunches of pipes loaded by lifting, and CNC system will intelligently distribute the pipes. Fully conveying process greatly saves labor cost and enhances efficiency.

Germany Pa System

Adopts German imported bottom layer firmware and upper layer human machine interaction HSG8800 control system (developed by ourselves), with fully touch -screen remote control box (first one in China)

Taiwan Hiwin Guide Rail

Both front and rear chucks are pneumatic, just one click for automatic entering, dual-drive rotation can ensure synchronization of front and rear chucks rotation
