Automatic Loading And Unloading System

Fully automatic loading and unloading structure is controlled by CNC system, achieving seamless connection with the pipe cutting machine. Whole bunches of pipes loaded by lifting, and CNC system will intelligently distribute the pipes. Fully conveying process greatly saves labor cost and enhances efficiency.

Germany Pa System

Adopts German imported bottom layer firmware and upper layer human machine interaction HSG8800 control system (developed by ourselves), with fully touch -screen remote control box (first one in China)

High-precision Rack And Pinion Drives

HSG Laser adopts world-renowned Alpha Wittenstein racks and gear reducers, the same product used in Trumpf machines.

3-dimensional 5-axis laser head is manufactured with full German imported technology, rotating axis biggest angel is ±160°, laser head is automatic focusing-adjusting and equipped with electromagnetic coupling anti-bumping function and collimator 3D adjusting device
